As the only manufacturer and seller worldwide, it becomes a house brand for JINGYI. Nowadays, this brand has expanded to a wider range of music products, which is open for distributors.
Connectors Production Line
We have a die-casting workshop and 4 connector assembly lines with 2 sets of mechanical arms for shell making, 5 automatic systems for XLR pin inserting and other convenient devices to ensure the production of around 200,000 pieces of connectors.
Cables Production Line
Cable making workshop starts from the the conductor making, cable injections to various of cotton braids. It has a team of 6 for cable making and a team of 20 for cable welding. The average production capacity for pre-made cables is 5000pcs per day.
Stands Production Line
In-house integration production for stands such as automatic spray system, pickling and phosphating, laser cutting and assembly etc. We try our best to integrate all the processes involved in stands making in one factory site to optimize the cost control.
Inspection & Shipping
QC team conduct in-coming materials inspection, in-process spot checking and 100% testing before packing. We ship by containers or bulk goods to warehouse, whichever way upon request.
