Why new factory in Thailand?
Yes, absolutely. Connector customization is one of our core OEM/ODM services. We have precision machining capabilities and automated die-casting and assembly processes, allowing us to customize the design, dimensions, functionality, and even materials according to your specific requirements to ensure the connectors perfectly fit your products and application scenarios.
Can we have different cable specifications?
Of course. We can provide fully customized cable solutions based on your request. Whether it’s the internal structure, conductor material, shielding method, jacket material, or the matching connectors and final length, we can custom-manufacture them to meet your specific technical and performance requirements for various applications.
What are the materials?
We are very strict about our material selection to ensure product durability and excellent performance.
Connectors: The shells are typically made from robust and durable zinc alloy. The pins are made of highly conductive copper and can be plated with real gold, silver, or nickel upon request to enhance signal transmission stability and corrosion resistance.
Cables: Our cable conductors exclusively use OFC (Oxygen-Free Copper) with a purity of up to 99.99% to achieve high-fidelity, ultra-low noise signal transmission.2 Insulation and jacket materials like PE and PVC comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental standards, ensuring the products are safe and harmless.
Packaging: All the carton boxes we use are also made from recyclable materials, as we are committed to reducing our environmental impact.

How do you measure cable length?
To ensure accuracy and functionality, our standard measurement method is from the internal soldering point of the connector at one end of the cable to the internal soldering point of the connector at the other end. This method most accurately reflects the effective signal transmission path length of the cable.
What is the lead time?
Under normal circumstances, our production lead time is typically 35 to 40 days. The specific time may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order, as well as the current production schedule. Our sales representative will confirm a precise delivery date with you when you place your order.
What is the MOQ?
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies by product category, as follows :
Audio Cables: A total length of 3,000 meters for a single specification, or 30 rolls of 100 meters each.
Custom Connectors: 2,000 pieces for a single style. Stands: 100 pieces per item.

How do you guarantee product quality?
Quality control is a top priority in our production process. We strictly adhere to the ISO9001 and ISO9002 quality management systems to ensure that every product undergoes rigorous testing before leaving the factory, with cables in particular being 100% tested. Our products comply with RoHS standards and have obtained several important safety certifications, including CE, SGS, and CQC. We also support customers conducting their own inspections or commissioning third-party inspection agencies before shipment.
What are your warranty and after-sales service policies?
We provide comprehensive after-sales support for our customers. Each client is assigned a dedicated one-on-one sales representative to build a long-term, trusting relationship. We are committed to strictly adhering to agreed-upon delivery dates. For any product confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we offer a warranty policy that includes replacement or a refund, aimed at protecting your interests and enhancing customer loyalty.
